Organized a seminar on 25th October 2024 in collaboration with the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC). The seminar aimed to raise awareness about the significance of khadi and the role of village industries in promoting sustainable livelihoods, empowering rural communities, and preserving traditional craftsmanship. Experts from KVIC and industry leaders shared valuable insights into the various initiatives taken by the commission to support and promote khadi and village industries across the country. The seminar highlighted the importance of self-reliance, skill development, and economic empowerment through the growth of these industries, especially in rural areas. Students, faculty members, and local entrepreneurs participated in discussions on how they can contribute to the promotion of khadi and village industries. The event also provided a platform for networking and collaboration, fostering a deeper understanding of the potential of these sectors in creating employment opportunities and preserving India’s cultural heritage.
